About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be creative, hardworking, and able to work independently without the need for constant supervision. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and edit brochures, policy wordings, presentations, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
Work closely with various departments to create visually appealing and professional content.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Continuously bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
