Overview
First National Bank (FNB), a division of the FirstRand Group, is hiring part-time Call Centre Agents on a 12-month flexible contract. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally

Resolve customer queries or escalate when necessary

Assist with eBucks Shop queries and branch consultant support

Follow up on documentation requests and incomplete interactions

Keep accurate records and customer communication logs

Actively participate in team meetings and quality reviews

Maintain high service standards and adhere to FNB’s ethics and values

Identify and recommend ways to improve customer experiences

Own customer complaints and work toward prompt resolutions
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

Additional customer service training is an advantage
-
0–2 years of experience in a call centre or similar environment

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work across platforms (phone, email, chat)

Familiarity with CRM systems is an added benefit

Banking or financial product knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
