About the Learnership
Absa Bank, a proudly African financial services provider with a century of trusted banking, invites unemployed graduates to apply for the Home Loans Learnership Programme 2025. This 12-month programme offers an exciting opportunity for young, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to grow within the banking industry.
Selected candidates will receive hands-on experience in Sales and Service Enablement within the Home Loans division and gain valuable exposure to real client interactions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide top-tier customer service and support

Work closely with various teams in home loans processing

Develop strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work under pressure

Participate fully in all learning and on-the-job training activities
Minimum Requirements

South African citizen or permanent resident

Between 18 and 30 years of age

Completed Degree or NQF Level 7 qualification (Business, Commerce, Management preferred)

Unemployed and not currently enrolled in another learnership, internship, or educational institution

Proficient in English and computer literate

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to commit to the full 12-month programme

Clear credit record, criminal record, and employment references
