As a participant in the DHL Learnership Program, you will:
Support Import/Export Processes: Under direct supervision, you’ll assist in the delivery of import/export processes, ensuring optimal service and performance.
Documentation Tasks: Perform tasks such as receiving, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information related to freight forwarding.
Operational System Support: Maintain and support operational systems as per instructions, helping to streamline processes.
Back-Office Duties: Engage in duties like scanning, filing, and reporting, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Team Interaction: Work closely with your team, supporting them in daily tasks and maintaining strong working relationships.
